Let's cut to the chase regarding lenders. You want the best rate, save money and time, a lender that works with you, and have no issues at closing time. Gary Wolf at Compass Mortgage checks all the boxes. I've used him numerous times and words can't speak volumes of how happy I've been. I've heard many people say " You need multiple quotes", or "This lender this or that", forget about it. Oh no we had to extend the closing date and we are beyond our lock in date for our interest rate ( no worries I'll take care of that extension ).
